Dr. Suniti Chandiok, Associate Professor has done Master in Business Management (MBA) in Industrial Relations and E-commerce from Sambalpur University with First Division, M.Phil in Management, and Ph.D. from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth(2012). She has over Eighteen years and 8months of work experience in academics and 1year of corporate experience. She is a member of professional societies such as AIMA, DMA, ICFAI, and HRD Network. Her areas of specialization are Human Resource Management, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Behavior, Management Training programs, CSR, and Entrepreneurship Development, she had worked on many live projects and published articles and 46 research papers in National and International Journals and participated in National and International seminars and conferences, FDP. She organizes many guest lectures, workshops, FDP, EAC, Seminars, and HR conclaves in the fields of Human resources, and Entrepreneurship Development, and her research interest is in the areas of Organizational Culture and climate, Emotional Intelligence, Knowledge management, Leadership Style, and Entrepreneur Development and style. She published 3 Books on Business Communication (2008), Recruitment Practices in IT Industry: A Case Study on Infosys from The International Journal Research Publications Pvt. Ltd., Singapore (2013), and Communication Skill and Personality Development (2013).
