Dr. Chithira John has been awarded Ph.D. in Marketing by the Department of Management , Bharathiar university ,Coimbatore. The thesis title is “Impact of television advertisement on children and its influence on parents buying behaviour with special reference to confectionery products”. She holds the degree of MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University ,Kerala and Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University.She has over 2.6 years of teaching experience at both Post Graduate and Under Graduate Levels. She also has more than one year of corporate experience in the Marketing Department. She has published various papers in the journals of national and international repute indexed in SCOPUS and UGC-CARE and also presented papers in National and International Conferences. Her area of interests are Research Methodology, Statistics, Consumer Behaviour ,Advertising, Brand Management., etc.
