Dr. Davinder Sharma has a Masters in Personal Management from University of Pune with First Division, L.L.B, B.com(hons.) and a Doctorate degree in Commerce from C.C.S. University, Meerut. He has over Twenty two years of work experience in industry and academics. He is a member of professional societies such as, AIMA, HRD Network and Indian Society for Industrial Relations. His areas of specialization are Human Resource Management, Performance Management and Compensation Systems and Cross-Cultural Management. Compensation Management, Organization Development, and Management Training: Processes & Techniques. His research interest is in the areas of Organizational Culture and Leadership, Organizational Learning, and Knowledge Management. His experience in industry is of Training of Personnel in various areas of HRM. He has attended various seminars and workshops; he has authored of many articles which have been published in various International Management Journal and also author of book published by Himalaya Publishing House on Performance Management, Organizational Development and Compensation Management for Post Graduate Students.
