Ms. Shruti has done MBA in Human Resource Management from GGSIPU, with first division. She is pursuing PhD(HRM) from Gautam Buddha University. Her areas of specialization are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship Development, Industrial Relations and General Management. She has supervised a number of projects at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels. She has over Nine years of teaching experience. She has published various papers in journals of national and international repute. She has also organized guest lectures, FDP, seminars in the field of HRM.
